  Hi,

  1. I update Screets Live Chat to 2.2.6
  I change all the text to Hebrew as I understand from you that Live Chat is the place to do it…

  but my contact pop up window is still in English

  2. I need Screets API Key to embed on the page – Live Chat > General
  I need to create my one IP or do I need to get it from Legenda theme?

  Hello,

  You should set the needed configuration in Live Chat->Options as Site Info and Integrations http://prntscr.com/dwqwk1
  Then try to translate it in wp-admin panel > Live Chat > Options > Appearance tab > Messages section.
