Mobile View Problem Single Page View - by George

Problem: Using mobile phone on the single product page, I no longer see the Description Tab and no longer see the Review tab. Other tabs view as normal. When using the Quickview feature on on mobile, I can access the Description tab while still in the Quickview function, but when go from there to the full details, it disappears. No problem on desktop and no problem minimizing screen to a mobile size using a desktop. Problem only appears using both iPhone and Android mobile phones?

We checked your site on mobile and did not face the problem.

Could you, please, provide me link to the product where you have faced this issue?

I don’t know why, but today most product views are working but a few aren’t. Here are 2 that today that the Product Description tab on the Single Page VIeww my iPhone or Android is missing: http://www.exteriorcoatings.com/shop/vandlclean-super-graffiti-remover and here is another http://www.exteriorcoatings.com/shop/clear-seal-high-gloss-urethanec-sealer

Hello,

Please, make sure that these 2 products have main description and Reviews are enabled for them. Because I don’t see these tabs even on desktop.

Provide me also admin panel and FTP access, so I’ll be able to check the backend and files.

the video are displaying properly on the single product page video tab in the desktop and mobile view. BUT I now have no DESCRIPTION TAB on my mobile view. I have given logon credentials in private area.

Please look for Micro-seal in the search box and you will notice there is no Description field. Thanks.

Could you please check is this product has a description filled in admin panel? We can’t do this without admin access.
