  Hi,

  When I imported demo data I got the very basic setup, however only 3 pages were imported.

  How can I import the rest of the pages such as the shop page (most importantly).

  Hello,

  You need to install woocommerce pages. To do this go to WooCommerce > System Status > Tools > Install WooCommerce Pages.

  I have another question —
  
  I have followed your footer setup correctly and no matter what I do, footer 1 or 2 never shows up after publishing.

  The static blocks and widgets are placed correctly.

  Please let me know.

  edit: the footer tests seem to work on other pages, just not the front page. I don’t know why.

  Hello,

  You’ve set “Use custom footer for this page” to “Footer fashion one page” in the home page editor:
  http://prntscr.com/dnz3zf . Change the option to “Default” to make all footer visible.
