  Hi Support
  I have an issue with the plugins that came with the Classico theme. Please could you help me with this:

  I am asked to update them these plugins but when doing so it ends with the following messages:

  “The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

  Enabling Maintenance mode…

  Updating Plugin Master Slider Pro (1/2)
  An error occurred while updating Master Slider Pro: Update package not available.
  Updating Plugin Screets Live Chat (2/2)
  An error occurred while updating Screets Live Chat: Update package not available.
  Disabling Maintenance mode…

  All updates have been completed.”

  You need update plugins via FTP.
  Download the latest versions here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
