  Hi Support,

  It looks like there is a new update available for Visual Composer . Please could you help me update the plugin.

  On the links provided they mention the following:

  “Please note: If Visual Composer came integrated in your theme, then ask your theme provider to update Visual Composer for you”

  Hello,

  To update the plugins, switch to your server with FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/ folder

  Hi Robert,
  I’m sorry I tried to switch server with FTP but the /wp-content/plugins folder isn’t showing all the plugins I have including those I need to update. It looks like they may belong to my other website. I can’t manage to find the location of this one though… is there no other way?

  Hello,

  As I see on your site you provided in private content you have the latest version of Visual Composer plugin http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/0820/h_1471676786_7683336_5d2c24232d.png
  If you check the plugins folder via FTP note Visual Composer folder is called “js_composer”.
