"Shop By Departments" Side bar

Hi There,

I am trying to get the “Shop By Departments” sidebar to appear on my site like in the demo theme. As far as I can see it looks correct in visual composer, please help!

Hello, we glad you’re using our theme.

Everything was fine, but to make the product categories appear they need to have at least one product assigned.
