  Hello,

  I recently purchased this theme and would like to use the default eCommerce theme used here https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/. I have installed and followed all instructions as per the documentation (three times with fresh WP installs) and searched the support forums here, however when I click “install base demo content” in Theme Options > Import/Export, I’m getting no changes. I have imported all files and installed all plugins. Could you please take a look?

  Hello,

  You created empty FTP account.
  I’ve imported base demo content manually.
  Please check your site now.
