  Hi, we’re having some problems with Visual Composer on our site. When using the frontend editor, the page just continues loading and not getting anywhere, with the VC logo just playing its loading animation again and again. If we try using the backend editor, we are able to load the add element menu, but then clicking an element doesn’t do anything.

  We’ve already tried disabling all other add-ons and the server’s memeory is currently 256MB. Thank you for any help.

  Hello,

  You’re using old VC version which is not compatible with the latest WordPress version.
  Update the plugin via FTP. Download new version here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
