Hello,

What size image should i upload for the products to keep the same effect and size like your demo?
How are the thumbnails generated at a smaller size? How to keep the consistent like your demo ?

Hello,

We told you in the previous topic that original dimensions of images on our demo were 2,160px × 2,349px.

Hello,

They are resized due to the settings you set in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display.

Hello, i just uploaded an image on a product on my site, and the product image on the product page looks very small, if you click on it though it looks very big in the lightbox. What am i doing wrong ?
The image i uploaded is 4928 * 3264.

Find below my credentials so you can help. Let me know exactly how i can do this for the next images. we will upload the same sizes for all.

What we want is to upload high quality images, on the product page to look about 570×570 and when you click on them , the lightbox to show the true resolution.

I tried cropping the image to 2,160px × 2,349px like yours and i have set the same settings like you in woocommerce but again not success.

Hello,

As I see lightbox is working http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/0615/h_1466009834_6657064_3a52c7b99b.jpeg .
To zoom image try to disable “Hard Crop” option in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and regenerate thumbnails.
