  Hello,
  I was wondering if I can customize the top bar to display a phone number and a contact link on the right instead of Newsletter and remove the language links on the left?

  Hello,

  You can add the Text widget into the Right Side top bar area with phone number and contact link (Appearance->Widgets).

  To remove the language links on the left please add the empty Text widget into Left Side top bar area.
