  Dear Support,

  I’m experiencing problems with the shopping cart when i enable the W3C Total Cache plugin.

  When you add a product to cart it shows on the page it is added, but when you go to the cart page its empty.

  The problem is spontaneous, so some people can order without problems.

  For now i have disabled the plugin, but caching is very importend for this theme.

  Are there any steps i can follow to fix this? I see i am not the first to encounter this problem.

  Hello,

  Have you enabled the option “Object Cache” in the plugin settings?
  If so then disable it, clear browser and server cache and check site after that.
