Parallax White Window - by Renee - on WordPress WooCommerce support

As I scroll down on the site there is like a white curtain that appears, like a parallax that covers the navigation at the top of the site. This also occurs on mobile and it covers content which is not good. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Can you also please advise on how to attach screen grabs in these tickets so I can demonstrate things better.

Hello DoubleHapp,

you may use any “screen grab” program you want, for example Lightshot ( https://app.prntscr.com )
Just make a screenshot and paste its URL into your reply.

Hello,

Add this code in custom.css file:

.fixed-header-area { top: -180px; }

Also white background is shown because of your logo, it’s too big for mobile in the fixed header:

You may hide fixed header on mobile using this code in custom.css file:

@media (max-width: 979px){ .fixed-header { display: none: }}

Hello

I’ve put the code in but the white curtain appears at the top with the menu navigation still appears. I don’t want this at all. Can it be removed? I understand this is deeper than usual due to my logo size, but I can’t change this fact, so can we disable it altogether?

Hello,

In this case disable fixed header in Theme Options > General > Fixed navigation > Off.
