  Hello,

  You need create footer in Static Blocks section with Visual Composer editor.
  To enable VC editor for static blocks go to wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > tick “static block”, when you create a static block go to Appearance > Widgets and add “8theme – Static Block” widget to “Footer 1” area and select your block.

  I dont find any static block in visual composer.

  Where do i find it?

  you need to add your content to Appearance > Widgets > ‘Footer Copyrights’ widget area.
