Visual composer product element not displaying correctly after update

The products and best seller elements are not displaying the products correctly. The columns setting does not seem to change anything on the front end.

I have tried playing with the settings and clearing site cache and browser cache with no luck.

Please advise. Thanks

Hello,

Please try to use 8theme Products element http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0505/h_1462435945_9962684_b2b37ba569.jpeg instead of Woo Products.

That helped but it is still not displaying correctly. Take a look at the second row, they are justified to the right for some reason.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check the issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Both my theme and plugins are up to date. I re-installed theme after deleting the woo folder but the issue is still there.

Why do we have to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ ?

I did not read anything about this. I am still running on Legenda 2.11 but I want to update this week.

Where can we find all the need-to-knows and issues for this update (2.11 to 3.0)??

Hello,

Some files are deleted in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory and if you keep it as it is, old files will be still used after update, that’s why we recommend to delete it and new updated folder will be uploaded.

If you read this thread you will understand the problems that I am talking about. My website is live and I do not want to duplicate the problem right now because my customers will see it.

Basically the products element is not displaying correctly without using css.

Here is a test page I threw up up real fast:

That is using both “woo products” element and the etheme “products” element. It doesn’t display correctly when used with columns from visual composer.

Hello,

The reason is there is fixed width value for products in our theme and you have to change the width in custom.css file to display products properly:

.products-grid.product-count-3 .product { width: 180px; }
