Keep getting error messages - by Jayverweij

    I just bought your WooPress theme. I have installed hundreds of WP sites but this one I can’t resolve. It’s full of problems.

    I installed the theme after a bunch of error messages that I needed to increase the memory of the server. I finally managed to resolve this by editing the WP-config.php file and deleting the Addon Visual Composer plugin which seems to be corrupted.

    Then I imported the demo I wanted. That seemed to work.

    Next, the Revolution slider has issues. When I create slides, with each subsequent slide I want to make I get a popup if I want to leave or stay on the page. I finally managed to get a slider with slides put together but it’s still doing the leave or stay on the page popup.

    Next, I tried to reload the Addon Visual Composer plugin but it won’t install. I get an error message: “Class TGM Bulk Installer not found” with a string.

    When I want to edit the home page, the page won’t load in Visual Composer, probably because the addon is corrupted and won’t install.

    I see you have an installation service but I never needed it. I paid for this theme so I expect it to work.

    Hello,

    Please provide us with FTP credentials.
    Also WP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
    Are you using the latest version of Visual Composer plugin? Update it because there is incompatibility issue between WordPress 4.5 and old plugin version. You can download new archive version here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Thanks. I re-uploaded the VC plugins with the latest versions and the Revolution slider as well and it now seems to work. Apparently there was a discrepancy with the plugins in the package and the theme.
