Hi, I have a problem on my site where Adblocker software considers all of my product images as spam ads and will not display them.

I contacted the company, and the reason for this is apparently Woopress automatically includes the image size in the actual file name after it’s uploaded. Removing the image size specifications will solve this problem according to Adblocker, however, I’m unable to do so.

For example, if I upload an image and call it “test,” the actual file name will be converted to include the dimensions of the image.

How can I rename these images to NOT include the image size?

Hello,

The issue you described is not related to our theme as if you switch to default woocommerce theme Storefront and try to upload product image you’ll see the same result because it’s due to wordpress settings in Settings > Media or woocommerce settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display.

Hi Jack, thanks for your reply. So this is a Woocommerce default and there’s
no way to disable the image sizes from being added to the product image
URLs on the site?

Hello,

In this case you can try to set “0” values in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display as shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/arrmt0 and then regenerate thumbnails.
