  Is there a way to accomplish this? I would like to designate which products show inside of my ‘related products’ tab as opposed to just having them auto generate.

  I have found a plugin that can do this but if there is a way to do it without having to use a plugin I would like to.

  Hello,

  Sorry, but there is no such option by default.
  Related products are taken from one product category where other product is added.
