    Hi,

I would not bother you with this, but I am suffering because of lack of support of a plugin maker.

I have a plugin, called “Customer Club: Advanced WooCommerce Point System”. I made the translated files to hu_HU and installed it over ftp to the plugin folder. But the plugin still uses English instead of Hungarian. In the plugin folder there is an empty index.php file, but it is empty. Maybe there I should write something so that this could work in Hungarian, but I am not a programmer, I do not know what to write there.

I give the pass codes in private content. If you could take a look at it, I would appreciate it.

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards,

    Fedor

    Hello,

Please show a direct page where we can see the plugin strings on your site that need to be translated and we’ll check the issue.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

    E.g. here: https://esszencianatur.hu/webshop/hajapolas/samponok/teafa-citromfu-natur-sampon/
    in the light blue field.
But it is on every product page, also in the checkout and everywhere, where the plugin “works”.

I made the translation file (.mo and .po) and I uploaded them to the plugin’s “language” folder, but it does not work. In this folder there is an empty index.php, where maybe I should put a command to use the hu_HU as language…. But I do not know really.
    _____________
This also is in Sign-in page as well as “Birthday” and “Marriage”, but this should be in Hungarian if it used the translation.
(Also here if ou click in the “Birthday” and “Marriage” fields, a datepicker comes up, but their place is wrong. I tried to change their place, or give them a background color so that it can be used, but I haven’t managed yet. Can you check this for me as well, if it is not a big request.)
Sorry for this all, but I paid for this plugin and I am furious for not receiving the support.

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards,
    Fedor

    Hello,

The translation doesn’t work with default theme too, sorry, but in this case you have to contact plugin authors as we can’t investigate this issue.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
