    Hi There,

    Lets say I have a product available in certain shades, lengths and pieces, usually on the front end if I first selected the shade which is only available in a specific length, then only that one length would be available to select from the lengths drop down, and then the same goes for the amount of pieces. For some reason, when I choose a specific shade which is only available in one length, however other shades are in other lengths, when I go to select the length, it is giving the user all of the other options even though it isn’t available in that variation. Same with choosing the number of pieces. So it isn’t until the customer selects everything that it then says it’s not available which is pretty inconvenient. It never used to do this on my site before. The selections should only show what I have entered as the variations rather than show every single attribute available for every single selection. For example, you can log into my admin and take a look at the draft product I have created. Please see private content. I have also added an example.

    Hello,

    The reason is you’re using old theme version which is not compatible with Woocommerce 2.5.3 version. Update the theme to 2.6 version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Could you possibly do it for me as I am scared I’m going to lose all of my product data etc. and I do not have a web developer as I do everything on my own but I’m a bit scared to do this as it involves deleting woocommerce from the back end. Or could you please explain to me step by step how to do it?

    I will love you forever! 😀

    Hello,

    I’ve updated the theme and added this code in functions.php file:

    function custom_wc_ajax_variation_threshold( $qty, $product ) {
    	return 200;
    }

    add_filter( 'woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold', 'custom_wc_ajax_variation_threshold', 200, 2 );

    Clear browser cache and check variations now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
