Add product error - by movileanu - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello 8team,

    On the website http://www.home-creators.ro i have a big error

    When i add a product to basket the basket icon preview shows the product added but when i go to my basket list i get an empty basket.

    I really alpreciate your advice

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme version. Please update the theme and check this issue.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hello,

    i ve updated the theme, but stil the ad to basked ist strange.

    When i add 2 it showes for 1 minute 1 and then 2. It s still malfunctioning.

    Can you please check?

    P.S. Did you place a test order?

    Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check it, one of them caused issue.
