  please check your FTP credentials as we are not able to connect to your WordPress installation folder.

  I just tried the credentials with 2 different ftp client and didn’t have a problem Stan???

  Hello gurhan,

  please accept our apologies for delay with answer.
  Your site has PHP version 5.2.17
  
  while Royal theme requires PHP v5.3 or higher as said in theme documentation.
  Please ask your hosting provider to upgrade PHP version.
