  Good afternoon, how are you? I am having a problem with shipping at checkout with the Royal Theme. When we get tot he cart it says to use the shipping calculator to calculate shipping. However, the shipping calculator is not showing up to use. What happened?

  Have you made any changes in the parent theme files?
  Please provide us with FTP credentials.

  We did make a custom header but did not mess with any WooCommerce files. We had really bad issues getting the theme and the theme plugins to update but they should be all good now.

  Actually I don’t think we did a custom header for this website. So disregard that statement.

  Hello,

  I’ve reuploaded theme files and renamed old woocommerce folder to “woocommerce_old” in the directory wp-content/themes/royal. Now clear browser cache and check Cart page.
