Importing demo content - by websol - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I reently installed the latest theme. Then imported base content and a demo site.

It does not seem to work correctly as I cannot see the newly imported demo content in the pages section. I screengrabbed a message I get when importing – is this the problem?

If this is a problem I will have to email the clients hosting provider. I just want to be sure it is not something wrong with it my end.

I tried Mobile App and base content and also a coming soon page. Only a few pages from base content seem to show up, but the home is broken too.

There is a warning on your site:
Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/.) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/proflexdiva.com/httpdocs/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/proflexdiva.com/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/images.php on line 139

Contact your hosting provider and ask to disable open_basedir function. Then check your site.
Concerning demo pages, they were installed in Pages section. Base demo data doesn’t contain all pages from demo site, but only basic ones.

Thanks, I will ask them to do that.

Regarding the pages – I do not see any inside the pages section from any of the demos I have installed. I have tried installing 3, none are there other than base content.

I tried to import MOBILE APP and a coming soon demo INTIMI STORE.

It shows ‘success’ but also shows the errors as you can see here: http://postimg.org/image/tamkpbqjj/

I can see the base content fine, just no demo data or pages. Thanks.

Hello,

I’ve imported both templates manually.
Check them in Pages section – “App” and “INTIMISTORE” pages.
To add newsletter form for “INTIMISTORE” page you need install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ .

Please can you tell me how you manually did it? as I can only see the option from the theme settings to import as standard by picking the demo form the list. Thank you.

I’ve imported .xml file of the needed template in Tools > Import in wp-admin panel.
