    Hello,
    i don’t know why, but i can’t enable the sidebar on my page, like the one you have on https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product-category/albums/

    I can display it only when i enable the “hidden sidebar”

    Can you help ?

    Also, can you tell me, what is the shortcode, so i can insert the Sign in/Sign Out and My Account on the top right side ? Because i want to have extra things there and i’m afraid that if i change the widget those things will dissapear.

    p.s.: I haven’t made the update yet due to changes i made to the website in general.

    Hello,

    1. The reason is you set “Without Sidebar” for Sidebar Position in Pages > your shop page. I’ve changed it to “Default”. Now sidebar is shown.

    2. There is no shortcode for Sign In/Sign Out links. Sign In link is shown in the top bar when you’re logged out of your wp-admin panel.
    Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    1. OK thank you very much Eva.
    2. If i go to Widgets and put something there, will it keep the “sign-in” links ?

    3. Is it possible to change the “price” on woocomerce to always show the smallest one for variations products on all pages?

    4. I want to add a new cart icon for the top bar, can i have it by font awesome or only with a picture ? and what are the dimensions of that picture ?

    Hello,

    2. Yes, Sign In link will be present if you add widgets to Right Side top bar area.

    3. You can find solution in this article:
    http://businessbloomer.com/disable-variable-product-price-range-woocommerce/

    4. To change cart icon you can use this css code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .cart-bag .ico-sum  {
        background-color: transparent;
    }
    .cart-bag .ico-sum::before {
        border-color: transparent;
    }
    .cart-bag {
        padding: 18px 15px 15px !important;
        background-image: url("http://url_to_your_image");
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
    }

    Hello Eva,
    Thanks again.

    I have seen this code for the cart again.
    So i’m guessing i can’t use FontAwesome.

    What is the image dimensions ? So that it will fit as yours ?

    Also how is this possible?
    I changed the header background color and it’s shows correct on the english page, but not on the main page ???

    GREEK – MAIN

    ENGLISH

    I have made the site translations with Polylang and not WPML because it’s was not working correctly.

    Hello,

    As I see there is grey color for header in both versions.
    Upload image for cart icon with dimensions 42px * 50px.

    Hello again Eva,
    Can i ask how to remove the dot’s on the social and the cart on the header ?

    Also. I have another problem.

    I made everything ok with the poedit to make the translations of the theme, i uploaded them to royal/languages, insert locale on the wpconfig and then installed wpml… but the admin was always showing to me as english even though on the settings it was greek. So i did that 3-4 times, it did not worked so i downloaded and tried POLYLANG plugin to translate.

    What i’m asking now is, how can i translate the theme’s different language differences and have it on both ENG and GR ?

    Hello,

    Do you mean you want to translate WP Dashboard language or you want to make site multilingual?
    To remove dotted border add this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .header-type-7 .header .tbs span, .shopping-cart-widget {
       border: none !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    I mean i want to make the site multilingual and have the admin on greek.
    I think Polylang is ok so far. The only thing i can’t find is, how to change the “your basket” to english words while i’m on the english page. And also have the “My account” & “Login” to greek on the GR version and vise versa. And the Search Engine text.

    Take a look.

    Hello,

    As I see you translated the string in the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/woo.php in line 1408. So this text is shown on English version too. Revert it back to default text and make further translations only in the files el.po and en_US.po in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/languages.
    I’ve updated translation file el.po and now search form for Greek version is translated. Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    ohhh now it’s perfect Eva! I will revert back the changes i made to that file. Is the Cart word inside there?

    Also i can’t seem to keep the widgets on the footer to display in the correct language, it’s either the one or the other :/ Am i doing something wrong ?

    What did you change and the account / sign in appeared correctly ? 🙂 So happy!

    Hello,

    Concerning the footer issue you can create different static blocks according to your language and just select in the settings for what language it should be displayed in Appearance > Widgets:
    http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/0219/h_1455877798_9263956_0c8e49aa58.png

    Notices on your screenshot are in Greek, we can’t understand it. Could you please write in English?

    Thank you.

    Hello Eva,
    i have made the changes you asked for on your screenshot, now on the english site they are not appearing.

    Also on the image i send, just look the right side where the cart is. I want to make it the same as the image (graphically)

    Hello,

    You added blocks to incorrect areas in Appearance > Widgets. I’ve re-added them to Footer 1 and Footer 2 areas. Please check English version now.
    To move cart icon in the header add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for desktop:

    .cart-bag {
        top: 1px;
        right: -32px;
    }

    Regards,

    Thank you Eva, just saw the,
    now i want to move everything a little bit to the left towards the logo, and also change the search icon.

    Can i align the search icon, the “word cart” and the cart icon all to the middle (eachother) like the image i send you.

    Also can i change the height of the top bar, the middle bar and the menu bar ?

    Hello,

    You can change search icon using Font Awesome icons http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/ and add this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .fa-search:before {
        content: "\f002";
    }

    Replace current code \f002 with a new one.

    To move cart and icons to the middle add this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .shopping-cart-widget {
        padding: 10px 0px;
    }

    To change height of top bar use this css code:

    .top-bar {
       padding: 16px 0;
    }

    for middle bar:

    .navbar {
       height: 114px;
    }

    for menu bar:

    .header-type-7 .menu-wrapper .menu > li > a {
        padding-top: 30px !important;
        padding-bottom: 30px !important;
    }

    Hello again Eva,
    thank you for your replies. I have found and made the changes for the top and middle bar.
    Now i will change the height of the menu, but will become the letters? will they adapt to the size and stay on the middle ? If thats the case super.

    Also about the search icon, can’t i add my own png ? like we did with the cart?

    ok i changed the menu size top and bottom, but we have a problem with the sub-menu now… it’s not starting on the top (leaves a gap) and it’s un-clickable.

    Hello,

    You can add your image instead of search icon using this css code:

    .fa-search:before {
        content: url('http://path_to_image');
    }

    To remove grey background for search icon use this code:

    .et-search-trigger .fa-search {
       background: transparent;
    }

    To fix the issue with drop down menu use this code:

    .menu .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        top: 100%;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
