    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

No, you should remove the folder only from parent theme.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

As I see the problem is related to “woocommerce” folder in your child theme. What changes have you made there?
Also you need update all required plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Create a back up before starting update.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Yes We made some changes to it, I think it was related to the style only and we made the “add to cart button” appear before you choose the size option. so it would always appear.
How can I just remove all changes? can I change woocommerce forder in legenda-child to a new unchanged folder? where do I copy it?

I will update the plugins now.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

If the changes were made only in child style.css file not in child woocommerce folder, then you can remove this folder in your child theme.

    Hello,

Please compare the files in woocommerce folder in the theme package and in woocommerce folder in your child theme. Some files were removed in the package, but you’re still using old files in your child theme. So compare them and remove odd files.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

The problem was you had wrong permissions set for js_composer folder in the plugins directory.
    I’ve changed them.

Now I am experiencing a problem with revolution slider. I had an error when I updated manually the plugin using thiese steps: http://www.themepunch.com/faq/update-plugin-packaged-theme/

When I upload the plugin via FTP – I have it but not working. I can’t import any slides, noo buttons work and in general it seems broken.

Right now I am uploading the plugin again via FTP.

But after all updates the checkout problem is not solved.

I had a slider in my previous version of revolution slider. I expported it and then reupload the plugin via ftp. Now i have a zip file which i want to import, but the plugin doesn’t work properly, I can’t press any button. The button “import” doesn’t work

The updated plugin also prevents instagram feed plugin. Before update they were working fine together. I contacted the developer of the instagram plugin and he said the problem is in the revolution slider.

    Here is his answer:

    Hey Comelen,
It sounds like the revolution slider is causing a javascript error on the page that is preventing our plugin from loading correctly. If you contact the revolution slider support they may be able to find a fix for it.
You can also send me a link to the web page you are having trouble with and I can double check to make sure there are no errors in our plugin’s javascript. We haven’t seen any from other customers for this particular version that prevent the feed from loading entirely though.

Please help me with this problem and with the main problem of the checkout!!!! I need my website to work

    Hello,

Again the problem with plugin was caused by wrong permissions. I’ve set the correct ones.
Do you upload files via FTP using root user? In this case permissions of folder are set to 700 instead of 755.

I’ve renamed folders and files in your child theme “woocommerce” folder that were removed in the theme package. Now “Proceed to Checkout” button is shown on Cart page. Clear browser cache and check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
