  Today I updated woocommerce to the latest version both plug in and ftp. The issue that i encounter after is that products and categories dont show up thumbnails. Is it a theme issue or woocommerce issue? I tried to downgrade the version both via plug in and ftp but still didnt resolve my issue

  Hello,

  Please update the theme to the latest version.
  Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
  Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
  
  Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

  
  (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

  Hello,

  You’re using old theme version. Please update the theme and check this issue.
  Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

  Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.
