My Account page log out link leads user to 404 page and shows a weird title

Dear Service,

In “My Account” page the “log out” link lead user to 404 page. Please see this picture.

At that 404 page has a strange url and a weird page title comes from another page. Please see this picture.

Please tell me how to fix it.

Hello,

The same link is present with default WordPress theme too, so the issue is related to Woocommerce.
Please update Woocommerce plugin to the latest version and check the page after that.

I’ve updated Woocommerce plugin to 2.5.1, but it has the same problem…

Please provide us with FTP credentials as well.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?

Yes, I did change some theme files just for layout issue, but I didn’t change any source code from it.

Hello,

The problem was caused by your translation in wp-content/languages/woocommerce/woocommerce-zh_TW.po file:
<font color=\"blue\"><strong>%1$s</strong></font> 您好~ (不是 %1$s? <a href=\\\"%2$s\\\"> * 請按這裡登出</a>).

I’ve removed it and now translation from the file wp-content/languages/plugins/woocommerce-zh_TW.po is loaded.
Clear browser cache and check “Sign out” link now.
