Hello,

I am facing some issue in displaying the product. You can see the product shown in the footer part. 1st product is having image box while rest of the products don’t have. Kindly help me with this.

As I see you’ve uploaded a bad image there. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/9ul1ao
In this case try to upload some image for product then delete it and click update product.

Hello Eva,

I don’t want to upload any images to my products. So please help me to remove the placeholder.png image from my 3 products. I have tried to remove it but nothing has happened.

Hello,

I’ve reuploaded “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal. Clear browser cache and check products page now.
Please show on a screenshot what images you want to remove and where.

Hello Jack,
There is 3 products of which I have not uploaded any image for that. But still placeholder.png image is attached with it. Also I have deleted all 3 products and added new products of same name but it is again showing same problem with the product image.
Here is the screenshot of the placeholder.png image. Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

Hello,

As I see you have 5 featured products http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0127/h_1453921515_9388586_fe315c886f.png and only 5 are shown on the home page http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/0127/h_1453921562_3281040_a75dbe7839.png , so there is nowhere to slide to get more products as there are no more featured products.
