    Dear Service,

Thanks for your help, after several months testing, it’s time to launch my website.
After I remove all my content from testing site to formal site, I post my new website url onto Facebook post area, but it came a wrong page title and content.

These happened after I migrated all my content to new the domain, and I used the options.txt to import “Onepage” dummy content to my new site for keeping them as archived contents, but I found after I imported the text to my site, it seems changed website mata data which Facebook used them to show on website post title and description content.

I don’t know why my FB post could not show correct website title and content as it should be?
Please see this picture, it’s the post result on Facebook post area, shows the dummy content title and content but not correct information.

    Website url http://rockpal.com.tw/

Since social media as the most powerful channels for sharing content to public, if website could not shows its right title and content on Fasebook, that will be a big issue for website owners.

Please help me how to deal with it to show the right information on Facebook.

    Best regards,
    Eric

    Hello,

You can remove default meta data, find code in woopress/framework/theme-functions.php, lines 1263-1267. Delete it and clear Facebook cache https://www.8theme.com/blog/clearing-facebooks-share-cache/ .

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Dear Jack

It’s better after I removed that tag from lines 1263-1267.
    Thanks.
