    I just upgraded the Royal theme to the latest version and for some reason the upgrade cause problems with my default footer on some pages and not others as well as. Also some of my page elements are grossly exagerated in size. see the screenshots for example.

    Large elements: http://cloud.hostpuppies.com/2n1A2A020Z3K Url: http://inacservices.com
    Missing footer:http://cloud.hostpuppies.com/0B3E1T0e1p2t Url:http://inacservices.com/funding-for-food-processors-agriculture/

    Normal footer:http://cloud.hostpuppies.com/3J462r3B303V Url: http://inacservices.com

    NOt sure what to think. I deactivated plugins and reinstalled theme and all required plugins as well as looked at css issues and aI cant see what is going wrong. Can you please help? And also let me know what needed fixed in case I run into this in the future.

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General.
    Please check footer now.

    Also added this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .smile_icon_list li .icon_description div.icon_description_text {
         font-size: initial;
    }

    Please check your site now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    When i wakw in 6 hours I would appreciate a reply at the very lest to my situation. I posted this matter a while ago. No-one has responded and the problem is not resolved. My last day to resolve this is in 6 hours. Why must an upgrade cause so many problems? Should I request that clients look for another theme? Should I send my frustrations to Twitter? Facebook? I posted a genuaine problem and yet it seems that I am ignored. Why ?

    Guys.I am sure this is a simple poblem an if I could have I would have resolved it myself. But in fact I made a simple upgrade. Nothing moe nothing less. And yet this theme with its inavsive qualities has yet again screwed up up a design we made with so many hours of work. I need this resolved. SO can someone please at least reply to my post?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but your request regarding buttons in the slider is unclear.
    Could you please describe with more details what you want to achieve?

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
