  Dear Service,

  When user signs up a member, we find the verification program shows chaos indication messages, no mater username already exists or user input an invalid e-mail.

  It seems a serious bug for member registration process, could you please check it, and please tell me how to fix it?

  Hello,

  I’ve tried to register a new user with the existing username “Eric” and got this error “帳號 或 email 已重複。不好意思，請再試一次。”
  So user wasn’t registered.
  Please clarify your issue with more details.

  Dear Eva,

  Probably, my website was hacked…
  It always showed the message “Resource Limit Is Reached” and could not work anymore.

  I don’t know if there somebody add weird scripts onto my website or something to cause this problem.

  I’m afraid could not check this problem for you.
  As for your testing result, those wording was changed from .po file by myself, if you register an exist e-mail, it shows the same message, but the original wording in english was “Username already exists. Please try another one.”?

  Hello,

  You need ask your hosting provider support to check this issue.
  They should check log files to investigate what was causing high CPU usage.
