Ultimate addons install - by nalacards - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I have just installed Royal theme my wordpress. When installing ultimate addons, I get the following error:

Installing Plugin: Ultimate addons for Visual Composer
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from http://test.nalacards.com/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /customers/2/4/8/nalacards.com/httpd.www/test/wp-content/plugins/ultimate_vc_addons/
Plugin install failed.

I have deleted the mentioned folder and tried to reinstall the plugin. Then I can reinstall the plugin, but its status afterwards is still “not installed”. Therefore it asks me again to install this required plugin.

How can I make my wordpress realize that I have already installed the plugin?
