I have a problem with correct displaying in Internet Explorer of variable products. The drop-down menue in variable products won’t display correctly. In Firefox its fine. Link: https://www.feine-pfote.at/produkt/5-sorten-gemuese/

The second problem with variable products: I have variable products, where the price depends on the size. For example SMALL is 40€ and MEIDUM is 50€. It displays always prices like that: € 40 – € 50. Also see at the same link. When I choose a Variable (for example Size M) the price won’t change. It always says price between € 40 – € 50. What can I do?

hey thanks for your answer. i can not explain, what this is. i do not have any second authorization form.
I think its a brute-force protection of my hoster. Where does this form appears? Maybe you try it with username “Admin” and pw “Admin” too, like it says “the site sasys “Admin””.
    Can you please try this?

    Hello,

I see that form when trying to access wp-admin panel or “My Account” page on your site.
Please check if there are any rules in .htaccess file or ask your hosting provider regarding this.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

The problem with prices is caused by the plugin “WooCommerce Germanized”. Disable it and check variations then.

Concerning the dropdown option in IE, this is not a theme issue, but feature of IE.
Different browsers may render it differently.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

hi, thanks but without this plugin it is not possible to run an online shop legally in austria and germany.
Isnt there any other chance to fix this? The developer of the plugin told me, that only you can fix this.
This could not be a big problem or?

to the second topic – IE: It could not be, that you sell a theme wich is not compatible with IE in combination with variable products? there must be a way to fix this. when not, your theme does not make any sense. Because lots of people are using IE and i think every store owner sells variable products??!

    Hello,

Please check your site in IE browser with default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen) and check variations there. Is dropdown box the same?

Concerning the plugin, please take our apologies but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
