  I wonder as to enable the arrows are always displayed without pass or bring the cursor around the area. Is directly displayed by default.

  Hello,

  Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

  .carousel-area .owl-controls {
       opacity: 1;
  }
