    Hello,

    You’re using very old versions of required plugins.
    Update them https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check your site after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    To change footer background add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .container-transparent .main-footer {
        background-color: #222 !important;
    }

    Please clarify what exactly is wrong with Product Category and single product.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Concerning the categories in sidebar, I’ve added “Woocommerce Product Categories” widget into “Shop Sidebar” in Appearance > Widgets and set “Order by” as “Category Order” in the widget settings. Now you need drag your categories in Products > Categories and place them in the order you need. Please do this.

    Concerning the products tab, some plugin is causing the issue.
    Disable your plugins one by one to find it out.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Some categories aren’t shown because you didn’t mark any products with them. Add some products to categories.
    I’ve added this code for footer in Global Custom CSS:

    .container-transparent .main-footer, .container-transparent .copyright {
        background-color: #222 !important;
    }

    Please check footer now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    my footer problem was solved, thank you

    i understand what you’d explain in your previous answer, but why is the other category that doesn’t have any products was shown?

    otherwise, the other sub category was listed as category on shop side bar

    for this information.

    Hello,

    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, so your categories are set up incorrectly.
    Activate Twenty Fifteen theme and add Woocommerce Product Categories widget to the sidebar.

    Please try to mark products with categories and check.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    You can change the link in the file wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/loop/no-products-found.php in line 17, replace the code <?php echo get_permalink(woocommerce_get_page_id('shop')); ?> with http link to a page you need.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
