Hello,
Sorry, but there is no such feature.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
So what was the solution?
I slo just tried to update to 2.10 and got the same error. I’ve reverted back to 2.5. I’m currently using WordPress 4.1.8 and I’m a little apprehensive to update to 4.4 without know this will work?
Do you know if Legenda v2.5 will work on WP 4.4?
Thanks…Jay

Regards,
Eva Kemp.
OK. Here you go. I’m still apprehensive to update the WordPress version to the latest. My hunch is that it will fix the issue – but I’m not willing to take the chance without some assurance that Legenda v2.5 will work with WP v4.4. Thanks for your help.
It’s greatly appreciated.
Happy Holidays….Jay
Hello @rsn8,
We also need FTP credentials.

Hello @rsn8,
I’ve updated the theme for you.
Please check it.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Good morning :::
Thank you for updating.
I am now seeing an error on both our News (posts) and Artists (portfolio) pages ::
Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_translateColumnsCountToSpanClass() in /…/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php on line 2100
2100: $li_span_class = et_translateColumnsCountToSpanClass( $grid_columns_count );
I’m also getting 404 errors on my individual artist (portfolio) pages.
I reverted back to Legenda v2.5 to get the site functioning properly.
Do you think this will go away once I update to WordPress 4.4?
Also, I need to update visual composer but it is asking for a license key.
Can you help?
Thanks…j
Hello @rsn8,
I’ve updated Visual Composer plugin and switched to 2.10 theme version.
Please check the pages now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva :::
Thanks again.
I’m still getting error codes on the News (blog) page and only 1 Artist (portfolio) is showing on the artists page instead of all. It should be a gird.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_translateColumnsCountToSpanClass() in /…/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php on line 2100
Thanks…Jay
The Artists page should a grid of all 17 artists. The formatting is all wrong too. css weirdness.
Thanks…jay
Hello @rsn8,
“Post Grid” element in Visual Composer was modified and they changed some functions for it.
Try to recreate the pages where you’re using Post Grid element.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Good morning :::..
I was able to recreate the News (blog) page and it worked fine with the post grid element.
However, my Artists page (portfolio) will only show the single most recent portfolio item – not all. I have recreated the page and reset all the parameters for post grid to pull from Etheme_portfolio.
But it still only shows one artist.
I tried changing it to pull from posts with the portfolio category “artist” but nothing displayed.
What am I doing incorrectly?
Thanks…Jay
Hello,
I get the same error message.
Thanks for your support,
Hello @Missca,
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Best regards,

Hello @rsn8,
The problem is related to Products element that you’re using in Portfolio content.
To fix it you need either remove that element or add excerpt for a project as I did for the first two projects. Please check.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva :::…
I’m not getting anything to work as you described. I tried adding excerpts as well as deleting the products element on some artist portfolio pages to no avail. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
One thing that I did notice is that all the product category IDs have changed and are incorrect in the Product element. I’ve had to go in and change them all to draw from the correct IDs.
any thoughts?
Thanks…Jay
Hi Support,
I updated my wordpress website via ftp with the new updates. But since i updated my whole website dissapeared!
I can’t login anymore and i got a blanco page. I also put a backup back on my ftp but i still got a empty page and cannot login anymore please help me to fix this because i have no idea how to fix it! Could you also please update the wordpress to te latest version because that is what created my whole problem.
Thanks.
I found the solution myself. It had something to do with some plugins i used. So this post can be closed. Thanks!
Please do not close this ticket as I am still working through some unresolved problems with the products element.

Hello @rsn8,
Sorry for a delay.
I’ve added some excerpts for all projects and now they are shown.
Please check and edit excerpts to your own.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Thank you Eva!
I tried adding excerpts on some of the portfolio items but they weren’t showing in the grid.
You are a miracle worker.
Thanks again…Jay
