Trying to run popup button in slider home

Hello,

I am trying to create a popup button as a layer in revolution slider. The popups I tried are not working properly. Can anybody please tell me how do I get it resolve?

Also, I am unable to use any shortcodes in the layer. It could be easier if anybody can tell me how to use a shortcode in the slider.

Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin access in Private Content.

Also specify which shortcodes you are trying to use?

using the shortcode [AnythingPopup id=”2″] this popup is working fine in a post.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I downloaded and uploaded all plugins anew still rev slider is not rendering the shortcode. Please help.

Hello,

Seems that plugin isn’t compatible with Revolution Slider. You can ask about this issue in the comments:
