  Dear team,
  could you please check how to resolve problems that happened after theme update?

  1. Footer Recent post is now lower in comparisson to other entries in the footer
  2. Sign for NEW is not displayed in a circle badge as it used to
  3. Shop pages give 404 error though they are existing
  4. Search on http://www.frogsandbears.com/rings/ is different from search on http://www.frogsandbears.com/toys-2/

  Was there a problem with theme installation in general?

  Hello,

  1. You set “Contain” option in “Widgetised Sidebar” column in static block. I’ve removed it. Please check footer now.

  2. Please show a direct page where “New” icon isn’t shown.

  3. Remove parent page from the pages:
  http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/1209/h_1449665064_8665886_d7eb39c666.png and check them after that.

  4. As I see search icons are similar on both pages.
  Please show screenshots.

  Hi Eva,
  http://www.frogsandbears.com/earrings/ – last product on the page. now it shows new on top of picture + the round sign. it should have only round sign

  how come that the pages need to be updated? Is it caused by new theme? I didn’t change the page layout since upgrade

  Hello,

  The problem is caused by the plugin “WooCommerce New Product Badge”. Deactivate it and check new products after that.
