Product images missing - by blackjack - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello

My product images are all of a sudden not appearing in the single product page (affecting every product), there is no buy option and the custom tabs I have at the botton (above featured products) are showing the headings but no content.

Could you please help me as I am not sure what has happened?

The problem is caused by “MailChimp for WordPress” plugin.
Please disable it and check single product pages.

Thank you. I have deactivated it and it now works.

Can I not use mail chimp then to have people to subscribe to a newsletter?

Please take our apologies, but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. You can try to use other plugin for subscription.

Hi Eva,

A lot of topics on this forum suggest using mail chimp for wordpress as does your documentation for creating a newsletter. That suggests it is compatible with this theme. Why is mine not working?

What would you suggest I use instead as would like to have an option for people to subscribe to a newsletter.

Have you made any modifications?
I’ve just enabled MailChimp plugin and images are shown.

Please clear browser cache and check yourself.

Hi Eva,

Thanks for getting back to me.
If I create a form, and add it to the static blocks through a widgetised sidebar, that is when the images seem to disappear.
Do you know what I am doing wrong or how else can I add a newsletter sign up box?

Are you using static block in footer or you add its shortcode to single product page?
You can upload screenshot to any web storage, dropbox for example.

We need FTP login details (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password).
If you don’t know that information ask your hosting provider to give it to you and then send the credentials to us.

The problem is caused by the code you added into your form:

You should remove it and single product image will be shown.
Please check it.
