Hi Eva,

I believe I have updated to 1.3 by doing the above but in my wordpress admin it does not say 1.3 in the theme it says 1.2. And the popup still doesn’t work for me. Can you please help? I backed up before the update as well.

I’ve created categories (men, women, sunglasses, eyeglasses). Are you suggesting I create a category called “men sunglasses”, “mens eyeglasses”, “womens sunglasses” and so on?

I deleted those lines however I don’t see any difference. Also if I were to update the theme in the future wouldn’t it revert back to the old settings once the changes are made and it would be a headache to keep changing those lines?

Hi sorry to keep adding to this! Can you center everything including the titles in that prefooter area (instagram, twitter, stay up to date, get on the list, email address, sign up)

Also I am liking the demo footer area, is there a way I can edit based off that or do I have to create a new static page and drag into footer area?

This is about the twitter widget,

Can we center the title “twitter” like how instagram widget title is centered. And on the twitter widget I notice the date and time appear, can we remove the date and time of the tweets so they don’t show up and clutter the space?

Hi Eva,

It looks great on mobile, however on the computer the pictures look very small. Can you make it two rows of pictures, so 3 per row for a total of 6 pictures like it is when viewing on mobile? Thank you.

Disregard the above comment. I noticed I was viewing it on different browsers and the fonts and colors appear different between browsers. I prefer the firefox browser which happened to be the one I was logged in to the wordpress panel at the time. Thanks.

That would be great.

I took your suggestion and created single image elements, if you look under my brands page, on a desktop it looks great with the borders and spacing. However when viewing on mobile there’s a space between the rows I created it, is there a way to get rid of the row spacing that is created when viewing in mobile?

Hello,

I do want to start of by saying this is a nice theme and has great potential for my site. There’s obviously some addition/fixes that need to be made as things don’t work as smoothly as they should as with anything new! I am wondering why there is such a lag in time to provide updates to this theme compared to others the last update was June 5th and we are now in September? I have worked with a previous theme by 8theme and was a satisfied customer especially with support team which is why I bought this latest theme by 8 theme to create a new website.

I’ve only been working with it for a week along with getting great help from support staff. Here are a few suggestions I have so far:

1. Please add the 8theme brand grid/slider you guys have in a previous theme. Most ecommerce stores are brand based as well and it’s really nice to be able to show your brands in that fashion in an easy to do way by adding that element on visual composer.

2. The theme has quite a few bugs but it seems like support is always able to fix them with custom css but please fix as many bugs as possible so admin panel can run more smoothly such as colors, the instagram widget etc to name a few that I’ve experienced.

3. Being able to edit the contact form or to have different contact form options, there’s a label that says website on the contact form, a accessories or apparel store doesn’t want to know anything about ‘website’ when it has a customer contact them for a question.

4. Popup, it doesn’t work, and when it is fixed it will be great if it doesn’t popup all the time(or to at least have options) like it did in a previous theme. I had to download a 3rd party plugin(mailmunch) for it with many features that ended up working great

5. Maybe add more documentation or videos to help. But support is great and prompt.

6. Header top bar didn’t originally display on mobile and tablet, it would be nice to be able to have that as an option instead of putting custom css staff helps you with.

I’m sure they’ll be more to the list to add as I continue developing and getting help from support.

Hi just redid it and the banners are working now. But with my header navigation font colors this still applies, if you are signed in the colors are different then when you are signed out. The main navigation active color should be blue like when logged in to wordpress admin and looking at it whereas when logged out it’s not the case.

Yes correct you don’t see it but please log in to my wordpress admin panel and while logged in go to my homepage and you’ll see the 3 banners below the rev slider that I’ve set up. My question exactly why don’t I see these banners when not logged into my wordpress panel(no one sees it).

Ok I’m not the best at this, can you please show example of where I write my ‘color value’, by color value do you mean the hex and where to I write this in the above example.

I want the total dollar amount to be ‘red’

Prefer shopping bag to be ‘blue’ (although will play around with this once I see example)

And the quantity of bag to remain white for now.

I was able to change the dollar amount to red through appearance/editor/style.css earlier but decided to remove it after seeing your reply and want to do it your suggested way.

Hi Eva,

I don’t follow, for example on my mobile device when I go to this link: http://eyeplush.com/portfolio/

I am not able to see the top header title “Home/Portfolio”, it’s still blocking it even though I added that custom CSS on that page as well to check if that’s what you meant. The titles of the pages get blocked off on mobile.

Please advise. Thank you.

With the fixed header on mobile/tablet,

I notice on my phone(haven’t checked on tablet) the home page slider gets halfway covered by the fixed header, how can I get that fixed? I prefer the homepage to start normally, and when you scroll down the header popping up like how it does on the legenda theme I have.
