Hi there! Help me please to complete translations of XStore. I have some issues with ukrainian translations: my account, View all products (below the brand name), RELATED PRODUCTS aren’t translated and I can’t found this strings in “Strings translations”.
Also there are common issues in russian/ukrainian translations:
Log in form (Username or email address * , Lost password ?, Remember Me, LOG IN, New client Register ?), Newsletter Sign Up, Item fields( SKU, Categories, Share)
I would recommend you to create a new topic for your questions.
Make sure that translation files are synchronized. If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access also.
I had the same problem using the pre-translated language that comes with the theme (Translation Files folder in theme zip file).
All these translations are old and they miss a lot of strings to translate.
The pre-tranlated .po file has 1082 strings and the new translation from the pot file in the theme folder has 1974 strings.
Please update the translations files or remove them so there is no confusion about the translations.
Different customers use different versions of our theme, so we can’t publish translation files for every version that theme had. That’s why to update translation for your site you need just to synchronize these translation files with pot file of the version that you use. If you prefer poEdit then open .po file and press Catalog > Update from POT file http://prntscr.com/of6uaq choose the pot file that is located in xstore/languages/ folder on your site, save changes and re-upload translation files to your site
In case you use Loco Translate plugin then edit translation and press Sync button http://prntscr.com/of6vgo , Save after that.
Do this after every theme update to keep translation up to date.

Go to Settings > General > Site Language > select the desired language. Then read this article and install Loco translate plugin on the site https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation Download translation files – https://github.com/OlgaBarlow/Translation-of-Xstore-theme of the XStore theme and upload xstore-es_ES.mo to /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder via FTP. Go to Dashboard > Loco Translate > Themes > XStore > Spanish > click Sync button https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update > save translation. Then you will be able to translate untranslated strings.

2) What version of PHP do you use? If you want to use the 6.x version of XStore theme then min required version of PHP is 7.x

After going live, the selected font Josefin Sans appears on home page only, instead of the entire site. Please help correcting them.
I’ve asked you to create a new topic because you posted the question about the font in “XStore Translation files” topic. As a rule, our customers provide temporary access that is valid short time period. It is recommended to post every question in a new topic with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area.
Try to change font-family in Theme Options > save changes > change one more time to the desired one and save options.
