Hi,
the LayerSlider is not working somehow. I could find out that the Plugin (LayerSliderWP) has no sliders preinstalled. What to do now?
best regards,
Umit
Hello,
If you want to install our demo slides you may import the Blanco-Layer-Slider.zip file from theme package. Or you may import default layer sliders by pressing Import sample sliders button in plugin options.

Hi,
I have included the Blanco-Layer-Slide.zip. Both unpacked and packed but I still receive this message on my Home page: [LayerSliderWP] Slider not found
Hello @BaggityBags,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue.

@Eva Kemp
Thank you. You can find it in the Private Content.
Could you please also show me how to have the encapsulated categories as in the Demo Version where you have the fat font in the dropdown (e.g. footwear-> footwear Man (fat font))
Thank you vey much,
best regards
Hello,
I’ve imported LayerSlider to your home page. Please check it.
On our demo site we used “8theme – Subcategories List” widget in Appearance > Widgets > “Product Page sidebar” widget area. Please read our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/widgets
It will work for the page which you selected as Shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Product Archive / Shop Page field.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
None of the widgets are display on the side of my home page correctly, it either on the top or some where unattractive. and none of the banner codes work very well please put up step by step video its super important.
Hello Tim1212,
Did you do all that is described in our documentation?
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html
Also do you have install demo data page?
