The mobile version on the website isn’t working on the mobile devices, the load time is timing out so it doesn’t allow customers to purchase anything on there phones. The side menu is also black.

Hi All,
I’ve installed the last version of woocommerce and now i’ve some problem with the site.
I tried to downgrade to an older version (2.5) but still not working and I don’t remember the plugin version that worked on the theme.
I’ve also update the royal theme.
Nothing.
Any suggestion please?

Hello @Mods,

Have you uninstalled Woocommerce plugin?
I don’t see it in your admin panel.
Also you need update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Please update them as well and install Woocommerce plugin.

Please add this code in custom.css to change font color for mobile menu:
```
@media (max-width: 480px) {.menu > li > a {
   color: white;
}}
@media (max-width: 992px) {.menu > li > a {
   color: white;
}}
```
Are checking the site resizing browser window or on mobile devices?
If you resize the window you need reload a page then.

Silly question – how do I update the theme please? I’ve downloaded the new file from the link. Do I uninstall completely and reinstall? I tried to add the theme by uploading the zip file and it wasn’t working for me.

On the website shrinking my site to mobile works fine. However, on my mobile device the effects are still the same, black words on the side menu, as well as the website does not load up at all. I’ve smushed all my photos to save space and memory but not sure what to do since a large majority of my users uses there cell phones.
