    Hello Jack,

Everything appears to be in order now.

I am doing a fully web audit at present, so I will confirm if any queries within the remaining support window.

Wishing you and the team a great evening.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Hello Jack,

    Thank you for your message.

    Located and deactivated the plugin.

    Solution request:

I created 2 new pages – news and reviews both with the blog template.

    1. However, when I create a text box to include H1 to H6 descriptive text about each page, the text does not show on the front end of either page.

    2. I allocated different categories to each post so that they are only shown on either the news or reviews page but not both. They still are shown on both at present. I am grateful if you would confirm the best way to proceed with the current requirement.

    3. Please kindly confirm whether it will be possible to add new products to the shop page above any new text box creations. Currently, any new text boxes are inserted above the product grid.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Henry

    Hello,

    1. As I see h5 style text is visible on “News” page:

    2. Go show different categories you need remove “Reviews” page from posts page in Settings > Reading, because you show posts using Post Grid element in Visual Composer editor, so you don’t need default posts page by WordPress.

    3. Sorry, but there is no such option.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
