Update wp 7 problems - by titou - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi Jack,

All plugin are nupdated now… but still doesn’t work.

I don’t understand why the old tabs (tour) I have created before still works perfectly… but not new ones…

Hi again !

I have just see a new problem…

When you are on a product page with variations as this one :
http://www.replik-cd.fr/boutique/duplication/boitier-dvd-amaray-2/

When you choose a first option it’s ok.
When you choose a second option it’s ok too.
But if you want to change first option (quantity), you will see that other variations has disapear in quantity variations…
To see them again, you have to choose before “choose option” nd then they come back in variation list.

I put 2 pictures in attached.
The first one is when you can see all variations in quantity.
And the second when they disapear.

Hello,

As for tabs, please try to copy the code of working Tabs element from other page and paste it to the page where it’s not functioning. Then change tabs content to your needs.
As for products please check if the issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ .

For tabs it’s ok like this… evn if its not very
All tabs are opened wth content when click on it, good !

But padding still doesn’t work… I have add 20px on the left & right… to have text a little bit more in the center of the content tab… but it doesn’t work.

For second issue, if I change classico with storefront template, I will lost all layouts I have created when I will put classico after changes ?
I don’t understand why 2 weeks ago it was working perfectly and now it doesn’t work !

Hello,

When switch themes the layout will be changed because Storefront uses different design, but it will be back when you activate Classico theme back. It’s needed just to check if the issue persists only with Classico theme or with default Woocommerce theme too. If it happens with Storefront too, then the problem may be related to Woocommerce plugin.

As for paddings, please add this code in Global Custom CSS:
```
.vc_tta-color-grey.vc_tta-style-modern.vc_tta-tabs .vc_tta-panels .vc_tta-panel-body {
   padding: 20px !important;
}
```

Ok I will try tomorrow to change template with storefront… and let you know if it works or not.

For the second issue, code doesn’t work… do you have another ?

Hello,

I’ve added the code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS.
Clear browser cache and check the tabs http://www.replik-cd.fr/infos-master-cd/ .

Now I have other problems 😉
It’s never finish 🙂

When you add a product and go to the checkout page, I can’t see the field :
“create an account”
Create an account by entering the information below. If you are a returning customer please login at the top of the page.
Account password *
How can I do ?

And is it possible to have the field :
Shipping address
Ship to a different address?

When you create an account, and when you are connected and you see that :
From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
If you click on dashboard we can see the details order I’ve done.
And it’s the same if you click on shipping and blling address, edit your password…

The only one who work is when you click on “order”… then you can see your order.
But after this step, when you click on “view” you can’t see your details order…

And to know how is it possible to add a new menu near order, downloads, address, account details, log out…
I would like to create a new page with the new item in menu…

Hello,

1. I’ve reuploaded checkout files in wp-content/themes/classico/woocommerce/checkout directory and “Create Account” field appeared.

2. As I see you haven’t created shipping methods in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping. Please create some.

3. I checked My Account fields and all are working properly. Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?

4. There is no feature to add new menu. That block is created by Woocommerce.
