We can’t prosses without correct wp-admin and FTP access to both installations.

FTP access that you provided redirects to an empty directory – https://prnt.sc/pjwijb Please, check and change the destination folder of the FTP user.

Hello,

Here is a screenshot of settings from the site where images are square – http://prntscr.com/pl2eq3 and another one – http://prntscr.com/pl2fit
If images from Instagram are shown by Hashtag, they will be square, but with the username only – you will get uncropped images. It is independent of the theme update. You can set the same settings on both sites and check.

We initially contacted you about this issue because images were unnecessarily repeating when shown by hashtag.

Why do you have the images display differently when display by hashtag or by user? Is there anyway to get the posts by user to display in the 1 to 1 ratio?

I do not see the repeating on your site – https://prnt.sc/plek7c right now. Isn’t it solved?
Depends on user/hashtag Instagram returns images in a different ratio. There is no way to show all of them square, right now. This task is in our list “To do”, but I can’t say sure when exactly developers will find and implement a solution for this, unfortunately.
