Shop FIlters Not Working Properly – It’s showing Categories with 0 products even thought we made sure the setting is correct – can you please help. Was working fine until last week.

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that in order to enhance your experience with our “PRODUCT CATEGORIES” widget, you should select the “Hide empty categories” option as illustrated in the screenshot provided here: https://prnt.sc/YsxIzW13IMO7.

We have already made this adjustment for you. Please verify at your earliest convenience that it has been configured to your satisfaction.
