Hello,

Sorry, but the problem is a bit unclear for me.
As I can see, you are using one of Multiple headers on the mentioned page, in the editor – https://prnt.sc/ueqsig and live site – https://prnt.sc/ueqsq0 What problem is there? Please describe the problem in more detail for a better understanding.

The problem is if you go into the header builder in the backend, navigate to ‘non-sticky header’ -> mobile version and try to change the promo text you aren’t able to do so.

I’ve just tried deleting the entire promo section and all items for it but that hasn’t helped unfortunately. When I add it back it shows that there are no items but it still shows the original ones we had.

Thanks for the detailed explanation.
Our technicians replied that it is a complicated bug, and we do not have a ready solution. The fix will take some time, and will be added in one of next updates. Follow our changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
Please do not use this element, and replace it by somthing else. For example, you can create a static block with an Autoscrolling Text element inside and show it in the header via HTML block.
