Hello,
Do you have errors in the console? https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/
Try to disable cache plugin and check if you have errors with the categories, slider and cart on mobile if cache plugin is enabled?

This topic has not been resolved. Still after your interference the images loaded on the phone do not shrink as they do on the computer. It used to happen like that. I still do not know what you have changed, so I cannot restore it myself.
Please help me.
Hello,
What do you mean
images loaded on the phone do not shrink as they do on the computer.
?
Could you, please, provided us with the screenshot of the issue on desktop and mobile and explain in more detail what result you try to achieve?
Regards
Overall, the mobile site looks terrible in these results and actually takes a long time to load.

There was a moment that this result was awesome, but as you read at the beginning of this chat, it turned out that there was a bug and you messed something up (I don’t know what until today) and this result dropped heavily.
The main reason was that after your change, the mobile images do not compress to .webp format as they do in the case of images on a regular browser. http://prnt.sc/1xm7eif
I do not know what was changed. I also don’t know why this is the result, and we mainly have mobile customers.
Hello,
We have images Lazy load option in Theme Options > Speed optimization. Only this one plays with images in any way. We did not change any other options that may affect compressing to .webp format.
Also, I tested your site and mobile version has much better results than you display on your screenshot https://prnt.sc/1xpsmny

Thank you for the information. I’m still low and it’s a little better now because it’s 28. That’s the result I saw some time ago, as you mentioned that there was an error. I wonder what it depends on, that you have such a result and we have a lower one. Surely the information about the problem with loading .webp files has disappeared, and only two show much higher results:
Eliminate resources blocking rendering
1,47 s
Reduce unused CSS code
1,2 s
Hello,
You may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/
