    Are you unable to give us access to your hosting control panel to be able to view File Manager?
    We need to look at your file, but can’t connect via FTP, so please give us access to File Manager in the hosting control panel.

    I’ve checked the translation file it_IT.po in wp-content/themes/legenda/languages and there are some words that are not translated including the ones you mentioned.
    So please check the file and translate other words.

    file it_IT.po I translated the most part, but I do not find ADD TO CART shipping and the entire frame of the coupon. Where do I find them to be able to complete the translation?

    Hello @inetb italia,

    You need also make translation in the file woocommerce-it_IT.po in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages directory.

    Also need help with visual composer, seen as on your plugins download page the download to the latest version always breaks and only downloads 1.1mb?

    I would like the full download to the VC but you can also take my FTP and WP details to change yourself

    You understood the previous message incorrectly.
    You gave us full access to FTP account, but missed username for wp-admin panel, you provided only the password. So please provide us with username to wp-admin panel as well.

    Yes, but what is the username? I tried to use login as “admin” and the password you provided but got an error “Username or password incorrect”.
    Please write what username (login) we should use to be able to access wp-admin panel.
